Dill's collegiate career at Campbell University was marked by versatility and resilience. As team captain in her final season, she appeared in 29 games with nine starts, averaging 3.9 points and 1.9 rebounds per game. The following year she increased her impact, playing in 34 games with ten starts and raising her averages to 5.2 points and 2.0 rebounds per game.
Beyond the box score, Dill earned College Sports Communicators Academic All‑District honors in both 2025 and 2026, reflecting a dedication to scholarship and service. Her high school tenure at Enka included four‑time All‑Conference and All‑District selections, as well as being named the NCHSAA 3A Most Outstanding Player after guiding her team to a runner‑up state championship as a junior.
