Authorities say Klein sold Morgan Wallen concert tickets, exclusive meet‑and‑greet experiences and signed memorabilia without ever delivering the promised items.
The Consumer Protection Team of the Attorney General confirmed receipt of the grievances, while Plymouth Township police have also logged multiple reports.
A Pattern of Deceptive Conduct
Klein’s past includes convictions for fraud and identity theft, raising questions about a recurring pattern of deceptive behavior that appears to have resurfaced in recent ticket schemes.
Although he offered refunds to some customers, many, including Mathias Conant and Chelsea Anderson, report receiving neither their money nor any apology.
Unlicensed Merchandise and Ticket Promises
Ticketmaster’s official listing for Wallen’s concerts makes clear that the artist does not run any VIP packages, contradicting the claims Klein promoted through his 10,000‑member group.
The University of Michigan, which has never partnered with Klein, issued cease‑and‑desist letters after discovering his unauthorized merchandise sales.
