The seventh‑annual He’s My Hero Father’s Day Photo Experience will take place on Sunday, June 21 at Concord Church in Dallas, offering families a chance to capture memories through complimentary mini photo sessions, live performances and a lineup of food trucks.
A Decade‑Inspired Celebration
This year’s theme, “Dress the Decade,” invites fathers to honor their children’s birth era by sporting fashion from that time, creating a visual thread that links generations and sparks conversation about family history.
The event is open to the public without registration; participation follows the 9:30 a.m. and 12:15 p.m. worship services on a first‑come, first‑served basis, allowing worshippers to join the festivities immediately after each service.
Beyond the photo experience, the gathering is part of the broader He’s My Hero initiative spearheaded by the Mark Cuban Heroes Basketball Center, a program that integrates health and wellness, mental‑health awareness, financial literacy, career development and family engagement into community outreach.
Concord Church, located at 6808 Pastor Bailey Drive, will serve as the venue where fathers, children and neighbors can celebrate fatherhood while exploring the cultural touchstones of the past.
