Kansas City’s Van Horn High School finished 25‑1 and recorded its first ever state championship, adding to the diverse tapestry of champions.

Other notable achievements include Foxborough Regional Charter School’s victory in the Massachusetts Charter School Athletic Organization Division 1 title, Downtown Doral Charter Upper School’s 19‑1‑3 run to the Florida High School Athletic Association Class 3A championship, and La Salle College High School’s three‑peat in the Philadelphia Catholic League. Mountain View High School in Santa Clara and Shorewood High School in Seattle round out the field with impressive records heading into their respective state semifinal matchups.
