Hudson High School has released its 2026 football schedule, a slate that blends tradition with new challenges as the Hawks look to extend a streak of Thanksgiving victories and build on recent deep playoff runs.
The program, a three‑time Division 6 Final Four participant, enters the season with a roster that returns key playmakers while facing a lineup of larger schools and longtime rivals.
The opening contest arrives on September 11, when Hudson travels to Shrewsbury for a 7 p.m. kickoff, marking the first of nine games on the calendar.
Later in the month, the team will host Westborough at the historic Morgan Bowl on September 17, a venue that has witnessed many of the Hawks’ memorable moments.
Mid‑week road trips will take the Hawks to Clinton for their first Mid‑Wach C conference showdown on October 2, followed by a stretch of three consecutive away games that includes a matchup with Division 7 Super Bowl participant West Boylston on October 23.
The centerpiece of the schedule remains the Thanksgiving Day clash with Marlborough, set for 10 a.m. on November 26, a game the team hopes will become its fourth straight holiday triumph.
Quarterback Logan Dome headlines a returning core that includes a standout rushing attack; last season he amassed 1,207 rushing yards and 13 touchdowns while also throwing for 889 yards and ten additional scores.
Supporting Dome are running backs Toby Edie, who contributed 632 yards and six touchdowns, and a group of seniors such as Treson Meuse, kicker Roy Gao and lineman Damian Chaves, whose departures will test the team’s depth.
