A Decade of Growth
What began as a modest gathering at Lowe Mill ARTS & Entertainment has evolved into one of the Southeast’s most anticipated summer events. Over the past ten years, JuneFest has expanded its footprint, drawing visitors from across the country and establishing itself as a cultural touchstone for the city.
This year’s milestone celebration showcases the festival’s signature blend of entertainment and community spirit. Headlining the concert series is rapper T.I., who will take the stage at The Orion Amphitheater on June 26, alongside fellow performer P$C.
Automotive Showcase and Family Fun
The following day, the festival’s car show will transform Joe Davis Stadium’s Wicks Family Field into a rolling exhibition of classic and custom vehicles. Organizers have partnered with Spokes-N-Vogues to highlight unique designs, while a dedicated kid zone will offer bouncies, games, and giveaways of backpacks, school supplies, and bicycles.
Families can also enjoy VIP lounges, food vendors, and a series of live performances that run throughout the weekend. Tickets for the T.I. concert are available through The Orion Amphitheater’s website, and general admission for the car show can be purchased via the Best of Huntsville portal.
Celebrity Basketball Finale
The festivities will close on June 28 with a celebrity basketball game hosted by Levi Randolph at Bob Jones High School. The event promises a lively atmosphere, featuring former college stars and local personalities who will compete for charity.
Beyond the entertainment, JuneFest has become known for its welcoming reception and the sense of community it fosters. The festival’s reputation for hospitality has helped it weather challenges, including a “masked car show” during the height of the COVID‑19 pandemic, ensuring that the celebration could continue safely.
Looking Ahead
With vendor and sponsorship opportunities for the 2026 edition already sold out, the festival’s organizers are already planning new ways to enhance the experience. From expanded school‑supply giveaways to additional interactive zones, the next decade looks poised to build on the strong foundation that has made JuneFest a beloved annual tradition.
