The inaugural India Hockey 360 Festival opens its doors in Chandigarh from July 31 to August 2, marking a first‑of‑its‑kind convergence of North American hockey expertise and Indian grassroots ambition.
Jointly curated by NHL broadcaster Randip Janda and Tulsea Sports Marketing, the three‑day program is designed to foster international collaboration through player development workshops, coaching certifications and community‑focused activities.

The festival’s core mission is to build long‑term pathways for hockey development in India by linking local communities with seasoned professionals from the NHL and beyond.
Through a blend of on‑ice drills, educational seminars and outreach events, organizers aim to ignite a sustainable interest in the sport that extends far beyond the three‑day schedule.
Spotlight on Coaching Excellence
A centerpiece of the event is a series of coaching sessions led by Harry Mahesh, whose Calder Cup‑winning experience with the Abbotsford Canucks will be shared with aspiring Indian coaches and players.
Mahesh’s involvement underscores the festival’s commitment to elevating technical standards and nurturing talent through mentorship from proven winners.
Strategic Partnerships Power the Festival
The initiative is supported by a coalition that includes the National Hockey League, the Vancouver Canucks, Bauer Hockey and the Ice Hockey Association of India, each bringing resources and expertise to the table.
