The 2026‑27 men’s basketball schedule was released on Tuesday, outlining a slate that mixes familiar conference rivals with a fresh set of challenges.
Indiana will host Michigan, Michigan State, Illinois, Ohio State, USC, Rutgers and UCLA on its home floor, while traveling to face Iowa, Wisconsin, Nebraska, Oregon, Washington, Minnesota, Penn State, Maryland, Northwestern and Purdue.
The Hoosiers finished the previous season with an 18‑13 record under new head coach Darian DeVries, a mark that reflects both progress and the work ahead.
This offseason the program added the nation’s No. 3 transfer class and four 2026 recruits, a boost that DeVries says will deepen depth and add versatility.
Early Competition at the FISA America Games
The team’s first action will come in July when it participates in the FISA America Games, using the experience to fine‑tune chemistry before the regular season begins.
With a mix of seasoned veterans and newcomers, the Hoosiers hope the schedule sets the stage for a competitive campaign that could exceed last year’s win total.
