Indiana State Basketball Returns to Paradise Jam in 2026

Sycamores aim to build on historic 2015 run as they head to the U.S. Virgin Islands

Indiana State’s men’s basketball team is slated to compete in the 2026 Paradise Jam tournament, a postseason event that will take place on the islands of St. Thomas and St. John in the U.S. Virgin Islands from November 20 to 23.

A Second Chance at the Paradise Jam

This will be the second time the Sycamores have entered the tournament, having previously participated in 2015 when they finished with a 2‑1 record, defeating Norfolk State 70‑61 and Hofstra 67‑66 before dropping a close game to Tulsa 67‑59.

The 2026 edition promises a similar format of round‑robin play, giving the team a chance to test its depth against a diverse slate of opponents in a tropical venue.

Beyond the court, the Paradise Jam is known for its festive atmosphere, blending basketball action with cultural showcases that celebrate the islands’ heritage and community spirit.
