League announces All‑League girls soccer team
The Intermountain League revealed its All‑League girls soccer team in late May, recognizing the season’s top performers across its member schools.
Alamosa High School contributed five athletes to the honored list, underscoring the program’s depth and competitiveness.
Three of those players — Leah Higareda, Araceli Molina and Jayden Wubben — earned first‑team honors, while Jazmine Burrola and Ginger Rockcastle were placed on the second team.
Champion team dominates selections
Montezuma‑Cortez High School, the league champion, led the roster with six selections, highlighted by Mia Glazner’s Player of the Year award.
Coach Melody Harris of Montezuma‑Cortez was also celebrated as the IML Coach of the Year for guiding her team to the championship.
Pagosa Springs and Bayfield each placed multiple athletes on the All‑League list, with Bayfield’s Lily Muir named Goalkeeper of the Year.
