In Class 1A, Iowa City Regina Catholic has taken the top spot, edging out West Lyon, which fell to fourth place after a loss.
Class A sees Woodbury Central rise to No. 1, surpassing West Sioux, while both programs enter Week 3 with perfect 2‑0 records.
Class 5A remains dominated by Dowling Catholic, the only team to win a state title in that division and currently holding the No. 1 position with a 2‑0 record, as Southeast Polk climbs to second and Cedar Rapids Prairie moves up to third.
