Isaiah Johnson-Arigu, a 6‑foot‑7 forward celebrated for his defensive versatility, has officially joined the University of Northern Iowa men’s basketball program.
The move marks his fourth collegiate stop in just three years, having previously played for the University of Miami, the University of Iowa and St. Thomas University.

Coach Kyle Green praised the recruit’s athleticism, noting that Johnson-Arigu could become an elite offensive rebounder and a lead defender for the Panthers.
Green described him as a five‑level defender, emphasizing that the player feels more than wanted at UNI and is eager to contribute immediately.
With the Panthers looking to climb the Missouri Valley Conference standings, the addition of a seasoned, multi‑program veteran adds depth and defensive intensity to the roster.
