With only four weeks left in the regular season, the Door County League finds itself in a tight race for the postseason, and the Washington Island Islanders have taken command of the standings.

Meanwhile, the Egg Harbor Indians snapped a six‑game skid with an eight‑inning win over the Institute A’s, a game that saw the A’s trail by nine runs after the third inning and struggle to mount any comeback.
The Sister Bay Bays and the Maplewood Mets also remain in the mix, each posting strong offensive displays — the Bays delivering 17 hits in a game against the West Jacksonport Mets, while the Mets fight to cling to the final playoff spot.
The Kolberg Braves, after a slump, rebounded with a solid win over the Maplewood Ports, limiting their opponents to a single run and showing signs of renewed momentum.
