Thunder Bolster Their Attack

The Adirondack Thunder have announced the re‑signing of forward Jace Isley for the upcoming 2026‑27 campaign, locking the 23‑year‑old into a contract that keeps him in the ECHL lineup through the next season.

Isley, who logged five points and an assist across seven playoff games last year, returns after a stint that was interrupted by injury, having appeared in 17 regular‑season games for both Adirondack and Norfolk before the setback.

His previous full season with the Thunder in 2023‑24 saw him tally 23 points, including six goals and 17 assists in 55 appearances, a performance that helped the club secure a playoff berth.

Before arriving in upstate New York, Isley had brief stints with the Utica Comets, the Hershey Bears and the South Carolina Stingrays, accumulating 13 points in 41 games for the Stingrays after a mid‑season trade.

Coach praised the forward’s work ethic, noting that his blend of speed and playmaking will add depth to the Thunder’s forward group as they look to contend for the Kelly Cup.
