His most recent stop was a five‑year tenure at Duquesne University, where he helped the program compile 40 victories over four seasons. That period of sustained success formed the core of his recent professional narrative.

Since leaving Duquesne, Faint has worked with Steel City FC, first as a Performance Phase Head Coach and later as an assistant with the women's first team, a position he has held since 2021.
