Jordan LeVasseur Earns National Watch List Honor
Jordan LeVasseur, a sophomore goalkeeper for Eastern Kentucky University, has been selected for the United Soccer Coaches 2026 NCAA Division I Goalkeepers to Watch List, a prestigious national recognition that places her among the top 20 keepers in the country.
She joins two other sophomores, Caroline Birkel from Stanford and Ava de Leest from Boise State, as the only underclassmen honored on the list, underscoring the rising talent in collegiate soccer.
LeVasseur's inclusion follows a standout freshman season in which she earned All‑South Region honors and was named a finalist for the Atlantic Sun Conference Goalkeeper of the Year award.
During that rookie campaign she posted an 8‑3‑5 record, made 115 saves and maintained a save percentage close to 90 percent, while recording six shutouts against Lipscomb, East Tennessee State, Central Arkansas, North Alabama and Bellarmine.
She also logged five matches with double‑figure save totals, highlighted by an 18‑save performance against Duquesne on September 14, 2025, the second‑most saves in EKU history, and closed the season with back‑to‑back 12‑save outings in the ASUN Championship quarterfinals.
Her consistent excellence earned her ASUN Goalkeeper of the Week three times and a No. 39 ranking among freshmen by TopDrawerSoccer.com, and now she looks to build on that momentum as the Colonels open the 2026 season on August 12 at Cincinnati.
