Coleman, a highly touted transfer who originally chose Knoxville over a host of Power Five programs, cited a combination of lingering vertigo from a prior head injury and mental health strain as the primary reasons for stepping away from the program.
Roster Adjustments and New Additions
In response, the Vols have turned to transfer Jordan Norman, who brings a decade‑plus of collegiate sack production, alongside holdovers Tyree Weathersby and freshman Mariyon Dye, forming what Heupel describes as a deep and versatile edge rotation.
