A New Era for K-State Women's Basketball

Katie Falco, previously the recruiting coordinator, rises to chief of staff, a move that reflects her deep involvement in player development and program strategy.
Madison Pahls, who served as director of video operations and analytics, is elevated to assistant coach, bringing a data-driven perspective to the bench.
The staff also welcomes Dylan Geissert as assistant coach and recruiting coordinator; Geissert arrives after helping North Dakota State post a 29-5 record and capture its first Summit League regular-season title.
Ross Metheny joins as the program's general manager. His background spans playing and coaching football at Kansas State, Virginia Military Institute, the University of Virginia and South Alabama, offering a unique blend of experience that Mittie believes will strengthen the program's operational foundation.
Jared Wilson, another newcomer, will oversee video operations and analytics after stints as an assistant coach at Fordham University and the University of Southern California.
