Landry’s return follows his acquisition from the Idaho Steelheads on March 8, 2026, a move that saw the Steelheads part with forward Jack Adams. The deal comes after Landry’s 2025‑26 campaign was cut short by injury, limiting him to five appearances in which he posted a single goal and four assists.
Despite the abbreviated season, Landry’s track record in the ECHL is solid: he has accumulated 32 points — three goals and 29 assists — over 82 games, adding 18 penalty minutes and delivering strong defensive play that helped the Bears reach the Kelly Cup playoffs on eight occasions.
Career Highlights and International Experience
Landry’s collegiate résumé is equally impressive. He spent four seasons at the University of New Brunswick, where he helped the team capture three Atlantic University Sports Conference titles and two University Cup championships. Across 99 university games he recorded 82 points with a plus‑88 rating, showcasing both offensive flair and defensive reliability.
His five‑year stint in the Ontario Hockey League further honed his skills, culminating in a J. Ross Robertson Cup championship with the Barrie Bulldogs in 2017‑18. In the OHL he tallied 133 points — 15 goals and 118 assists — over 248 games, a testament to his playmaking ability.
