She started as a graduate assistant at Holy Cross, where she coordinated operations and coached two All‑Patriot League honorees and a WNBA Draft pick. At American, her efforts contributed to ten Eagles earning spots on the 2023‑24 Academic Honor Roll, while at FIU she was part of a staff that captured the 2020‑21 Coaching Staff of the Year honor.
