NFL safety Kam Curl is returning to his roots in Muskogee, Oklahoma, to give back to the community that shaped his early life.
Homecoming for an NFL Star
The week‑long clinic, held on the fields of Muskogee High School’s stadium, offers youngsters a chance to learn tackling, passing and proper technique without any cost.
Curl will be joined on the sidelines by several of his NFL teammates and experienced local coaches, creating a mentorship network for the participants.
Organizers say the program emphasizes not only athletic skill but also sportsmanship, teamwork and academic responsibility.
The stadium, located at 3200 East Shawnee Road, provides a familiar backdrop for the campers, many of whom have watched Curl’s career on television.
Community leaders hope the event will inspire similar outreach efforts across the region, reinforcing the idea that professional athletes can serve as role models at home.
