Kansas Baseball Set for Home‑Field Super Regional
The University of Kansas will open its doors to the NCAA Super Regional this June, welcoming Oklahoma to Lawrence for a best‑of‑three series that begins on June 6 and concludes on June 8.
The Jayhawks arrive with a 45‑16 record and have invested in stadium upgrades, adding The Backyard and The Backyard Decks to give fans more comfortable viewing options and expanding overall capacity.
Tickets go on sale to the general public on Friday at 10 a.m. Central Time via KUAthletics.com, with prices ranging from $25 to $50; University of Kansas students can claim free admission with a valid KU ID, while additional student tickets are offered at $10 each.
The games will be televised on ESPN2, bringing the excitement to a national audience as the Jayhawks look to extend their season and chase another championship.
Kansas captured the Lawrence Regional title and now faces the Atlanta Regional champions, Oklahoma, in what promises to be a tightly contested showdown.
