Kate Bulger has been appointed as the Director of Operations for the University of Massachusetts women's basketball team, bringing a blend of operational expertise and analytical insight to the role.
Bulger spent four seasons as a team manager, overseeing equipment logistics, travel itineraries and apparel distribution while collaborating closely with the Director of Scouting & Video on statistical reporting.
