Katie Fiso Joins USA 3×3 Women's Nations League Squad
The United States has announced its 2026 USA 3×3 Women's Nations League roster, tapping Oregon standout Katie Fiso for a campaign that will unfold in Ñuñoa, Chile, from June 27 through July 3. The announcement marks a continuation of Fiso’s rapid rise after she helped the U.S. capture gold at the 2022 FIBA 3×3 U18 Women's World Cup.
Fiso arrives with a résumé that includes a sophomore season at Oregon in which she averaged 15.5 points and 6.2 assists per game, earned second‑team all‑Big Ten honors, and dished out 222 assists — the fourth‑highest single‑season total in program history. Her playmaking was on full display during the 3X Showcase, where she teamed with Dani Carnegie and Tori McKinney to win the tournament title.
She will be guided by head coach Todd Monsey, who has assembled a squad of five additional Division I athletes. The group has been sharpened through a series of development camps and the recent 3X Showcase, experiences that should prove vital as the team prepares for a packed schedule.
The Americas Conference North format features six three‑game tournaments spread over seven days. Points are awarded based on win‑loss records, point differentials and other tiebreakers, and teams may rotate players daily, allowing coaches to field four‑person lineups that can change from one game to the next.
Beyond the conference, the league serves as a qualifier for the 2026 FIBA 3×3 U23 World Cup in Wuhan, China. Conference champions and the highest‑ranked teams in the overall standings will earn spots, joining automatic qualifiers from China and the reigning champions.
