The Kansas Collegiate Athletic Conference (KCAC) has unveiled its 2026 preseason football squad for the Dr. Ted Kessinger Division, a roster that blends emerging talent from across the league.
Ottawa University and Evangel University each contributed 14 athletes to the list, underscoring their depth and the competitive balance within the division.

Among the honorees, De'Anthony Curtis of Ottawa University earned recognition at three distinct positions — wide receiver, kick returner and punter — while Luke Edwards, also from Ottawa, was highlighted as a prolific quarterback who threw for 2,552 yards and 15 touchdowns.
Running back Anthony Powell was named Third Team All‑KCAC after amassing 466 rushing yards and five touchdowns, and defensive lineman Cade Monroe contributed 58 tackles with nine for loss, illustrating the balanced impact on both sides of the ball.
Special teams standout Ike Prengel paced the team in scoring with 70 points, including a reliable field‑goal percentage that added a crucial dimension to the lineup.
Additional contributors such as Kyle Cummings and Broc Lyle from Evangel University were celebrated for multi‑position versatility, while defensive standouts Byson Nolan and Donovan Martin combined for over 100 tackles and several forced turnovers.
