Kobe Branham, the Arkansas Razorbacks' 6‑foot‑5, 335‑pound redshirt sophomore, is already being talked about as a cornerstone of the team's offensive line for the upcoming 2026 season.
Having started 13 games in a row and helped the Razorbacks compile six 500‑yard outings last year, Branham brings a blend of size, experience and a physical, downhill style that coaches say can compete with the best in the SEC.
A Season of Anticipation
Under second‑year head coach Ryan Silverfield, the Razorbacks are reshaping their schemes to maximize the talents of their veteran front five, which includes center Caden Kitler, left guard Fernando Carmona, Jr., and left tackle Corey Robinson. The coaching staff’s willingness to tailor play calls to the linemen’s strengths has been a key factor in Branham’s rise.
Teammates repeatedly point to Branham’s leadership in the locker room. He and Kitler have even coined a pin‑and‑pull play that they call a scoring play, a testament to the chemistry that has developed over the past season.
All‑SEC Expectations
Analysts expect Branham to earn fourth‑team All‑SEC honors and to be a decisive factor when the Razorbacks open the season against non‑conference foes such as Ole Miss, Texas A&M and SMU.
