The 23‑year‑old from Mooresville, North Carolina, had been running just behind Justin Allgaier when a late charge allowed him to take the lead, fending off a final push from his teammate.
A Multi‑Stage Battle
The race unfolded as a tightly contested battle across multiple stages, with Sheldon Creed initially grabbing pole position and leading the opening 23 laps before Jeremy Clements claimed the first stage under a caution‑free run.
Ross Chastain then assumed the lead at the start of the second stage after a round of pit stops, only to see Allgaier wrest control early in the final stage before Kvapil made his decisive move.
A 1‑2‑3‑4 finish for JR Motorsports highlighted the competitiveness of the lineup, with Allgaier, Chastain, and Chase Elliott following Kvapil across the line.
The victory catapulted Kvapil from fifth to second in the championship standings, while Allgaier remains the points leader with a 265‑point advantage as the season approaches its final two events.
