La Salle University has completed a campus‑wide rollout of Teamworks Hub, a single platform that now handles scheduling, messaging and compliance for every athletic program.
The integration also brings Teamworks Wallet into the mix, enabling coaches, student‑athletes and staff to manage per diem allowances, NIL transactions and other payments without leaving the application.
Department‑wide Impact
Recruit signings that once required separate entries in Compliance + Recruiting are now auto‑populated into Hub, eliminating duplicate work during onboarding, while routine compliance items such as start‑of‑season forms and scholarship renewals are processed within the same interface.
‘Hub gives us a real‑time view of everything we need to manage,’ said Jarett Gerald, Vice President of Athletics & Recreation, describing how the platform aligns the department around shared goals.
The men’s basketball team has been using Hub since 2025, and its success served as the proof point that prompted the rest of the athletics staff to adopt the solution department‑wide.
Beyond scheduling and messaging, Hub connects with existing tools like Compliance + Recruiting and Influencer, creating a seamless ecosystem that reduces manual data entry and speeds up decision‑making.
