Lackawanna League Unveils 2026 Division II Baseball All‑Stars
The league’s coaches have named their elite squad for the upcoming season, highlighting a standout performance by Riverside’s Nick Bohenek, who was crowned Player of the Year.
Riverside contributed several key players, including pitcher Mason Stets and catcher Chris Graff, while Lakeland’s David Naniewicz earned the first‑base slot. Mid Valley added utility standout Connor Tirney and designated hitter Kody Miller, rounding out a deep roster.
Other notable selections saw Jason Posluszny of Riverside take second base, Joey Romanosky of Mid Valley secure shortstop, and Jackson Cady from Dunmore claim third base. Outfield spots were filled by Jose Sosa alongside teammates Jamie McMynne and Brett Yanoski, providing speed and power to the lineup.
Additional honorees such as Jake Bondy and Nick Mills were also recognized for their contributions, further enriching the depth of the squad.
