The Frankfort Christian Academy’s girls soccer team, known as the Lady Royals, posted an 8-0 win over Western Hills in the Capital City Classic, a performance that left little doubt about their tournament pedigree.
Coach Daniel Moore lauded the squad, describing it as the finest he has ever guided, and singled out Lily Moore, Abby Moore and Ella Hanson as the primary goal-scorers.
The roster blends three seniors with seven juniors, many of whom have prior club experience, and the team surged to a 4-0 lead at halftime before sealing the match with eight goals.
