A Fresh Face in the Falcons' Coaching Ranks
Baker's playing résumé includes back‑to‑back All‑American Southwest Conference honors, a captaincy in the 2023‑24 season, and leading her team to multiple conference tournament appearances, underscoring a competitive pedigree that translates well to coaching.
After transferring from Nelson University to The University of Mary Hardin‑Baylor, she contributed to three All‑American selections, helped the Cru capture the 2021‑22 American Southwest Conference regular‑season title, and guided the squad to an NCAA Division III Sweet 16 run.
Her coaching career began at Temple College, where she directed player development sessions and assisted with recruiting, before moving to UMHB for the 2025‑26 season, where she again mentored athletes who earned conference accolades.
