Le Moyne Women’s Soccer ID Clinic Set for October 3

Prospective players invited to test skills under coaching staff

Le Moyne College will open its doors to aspiring female soccer players on October 3, hosting an identification clinic designed to showcase talent and assess fit for the program.

Who’s Leading the Session

The event will be directed by head coach Taylor Van Fleet, whose recent strategies have reshaped the team’s approach, alongside assistant coach Brooke Barnes, who will be on hand to answer questions.

The clinic is tailored for high school juniors and seniors, as well as eligible transfer students who meet the academic and athletic criteria set by the college.

What Participants Can Expect

Attendees will move through a series of soccer‑specific warm‑ups, technical drills, and tactical exercises that mirror the demands of collegiate play. The schedule also includes small‑sided games and full‑field scrimmages to evaluate decision‑making under pressure.

Each participant is required to bring a water bottle, a size‑appropriate soccer ball, shin guards and appropriate footwear. In addition, a completed medical form and liability waiver must be submitted prior to arrival.

Registration and Contact

Prospective players can secure their spot by completing the online registration packet, which includes the necessary paperwork and a brief personal statement. For any inquiries, Brooke Barnes can be reached at tylerba@lemoyne.edu, where she will provide guidance on the submission process and answer logistical questions.
