Levy Restaurants staged a preview of its new food and beverage lineup for the Michigan Football season inside the Jack Roth Club of Michigan Stadium in Ann Arbor on August 24, 2026.
A Taste of the Big House
The showcase highlighted a slate of dishes that blend classic stadium fare with elevated twists, from spicy Jalapeño Popper Dogs to beef empanadas drizzled with chipotle aioli and chicken empanadas finished with jalapeño ranch.
Among the premium selections were Brisket Burnt End Mac & Cheese and the Woodson BBQ Bacon Burger, both designed to appeal to fans seeking heartier options, while loaded baked potatoes such as the Chili Cheese Loaded Baked Potato and Elote Loaded Baked Potato added a comforting touch.
Samples were presented in containers modeled after the stadium’s iconic Big House, including a specially crafted Big House Nacho, reinforcing the event’s tie to the university’s football tradition.
Executive Chef Pancho attended the tasting, engaging with media representatives and offering insight into the development process behind the new menu items.
