Lock Haven University’s women’s soccer program has announced its 2026 recruiting class, welcoming ten new student‑athletes who will join the team next season.
Head coach Jesse Urquhart said the incoming group was selected not only for on‑field ability but also for the values of character, ambition and passion that he wants to embed in the program.
A blend of talent and scholarship
The recruits hail from Pennsylvania, New Hampshire and Oregon, each bringing a distinct academic focus ranging from occupational therapy to forensic chemistry. Their majors reflect a commitment to careers that will extend beyond the pitch.
Building for the future
Coach Urquhart emphasized that the new class is expected to raise the program’s competitive standards while reinforcing a culture of academic excellence. The university hopes the newcomers will help the team contend for conference titles and inspire future generations of Bald Eagles.
