The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Wyoming has announced the inaugural season of the Logan Wilson Flag Football League, a community‑focused program that will run from August 24 through October 8. The league is open to youth in kindergarten through eighth grade and is designed to teach basic football skills, encourage teamwork, and instill values of sportsmanship and community engagement.
At the helm of the initiative is DC Martinez, Athletics Director for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Wyoming. Martinez highlighted the league’s dual purpose: providing a fun, safe environment for young athletes while celebrating the achievements of Logan Wilson, a former Wyoming Cowboy and current NFL linebacker whose on‑field performance and off‑field outreach have earned him local admiration.
Building Skills and Community
Every participant will receive instruction from certified coaches who emphasize skill development and positive competition.
