Louisiana Tech Reveals 2026‑27 Men’s Basketball Schedule for Centennial Season

A 32‑game slate blends home‑court milestones with a return to the Sun Belt Conference

Louisiana Tech University has released its full slate of games for the 2026‑27 men’s basketball season, a schedule that doubles as a celebration of 100 years of program history.

A milestone season

The Bulldogs will play 32 regular‑season contests, 18 of which are slated for the Thomas Assembly Center, the historic home court that has hosted countless memorable moments.

The season opens on November 2 with a home game against Kent State as part of the MAC‑SBC Challenge, setting the tone for a campaign that will see the team travel across the country and back again.

Early non‑conference opponents include Arkansas‑Monticello, LSU, Nicholls and Jacksonville State, while the November homestand also welcomes Tulane, Alcorn State and Texas State before the calendar flips to December.

December brings a mix of road tests against the Bobcats and the Gamecocks, followed by home contests versus Arkansas Baptist and Stephen F. Austin, before the Bulldogs open Sun Belt play against Appalachian State on Dec. 19.

January’s lineup features a stretch of home games against James Madison, Marshall and Arkansas State, punctuated by a road trip to South Alabama, and culminates with a New Year’s Eve showdown at Coastal Carolina on Dec. 31.

The regular season wraps up in February with a series of critical matchups against Troy, ULM, Southern Miss, South Alabama and UL‑Lafayette, after which the Bulldogs will travel to Old Dominion on Jan. 2 to finish the slate.

Ticket renewal and pricing

Season ticket holders can renew their seats by Aug. 31 to lock in early‑bird pricing, with rates beginning at $124 for Lady Techsters, $222 for Bulldogs and $284 for combined packages.
