It will be the second time in three summers that head coach Pat Kelsey has led his Cardinals to the Baha Mar resort, a venue that has become a staple of the Cardinals’ overseas itinerary.
Managed by bdG Sports, a Kentucky‑based sports and entertainment firm that annually produces roughly twenty collegiate games at the resort each November, the tour reflects a growing appetite among programs for international exposure.

The Cardinals arrive with a revamped roster that blends portal talent with fresh blood. Among the newcomers are former Kansas center Flory Bidunga, Oregon guard Jackson Shelstad, Arkansas wing Karter Knox and Iowa forward Álvaro Folgueiras, while returning guards Adrian Wooley and London Johnson provide continuity.
In total, nine fresh faces will wear the Cardinal jersey, including freshmen Obinna Ekezie Jr., Boyuan Zhang and Isaac Ellis, highlighting the program’s aggressive recruitment through the transfer portal and the 2024 recruiting class.
