Ticket Sales Begin October 6
Ticket sales for LSU Women’s Basketball’s inaugural preseason banquet, titled ‘The Premiere,’ open on October 6 at 10 a.m. CT. Fans can secure their spots through the dedicated platform at wbb.nilsumaxevents.com/the-premiere, gaining early access to meet the team’s players and coaching staff.
The event, organized in partnership with NILSU Max, marks a new chapter for the program as it celebrates the start of the 2026‑27 season. It provides a unique opportunity for supporters to engage directly with the athletes and staff who will represent LSU on the court.
Returning Stars Lead the Way
Among the returning players are Mikaylah Williams, the First‑Team All‑SEC guard, and MiLaysia Fulwiley, who earned the Sixth Woman of the Year honor last season. Also returning is forward Kate Koval, who will add depth to the frontcourt.
Three sophomores from the nation’s top recruiting class—ZaKiyah Johnson, Grace Knox and Meghan Yarnevich—will join the returning core, bringing fresh energy and experience to the lineup.
New Additions from the Transfer Portal
LSU will welcome transfers Jada Williams from Iowa State, Laila Reynolds from Florida and Chloe Larry from Tennessee Tech, each bringing proven collegiate experience. The roster also features new international recruits Lola Lampley from Indiana, Noa Morro from Spain and Anna Minaeva from Russia.
Coach Kim Mulkey will unveil her sixth team at LSU, marking the 52nd season of the program’s storied history. The banquet serves as a preview of the strategies and chemistry that will be tested in the first exhibition game scheduled for October 22.
