Maine’s high school baseball season is set to reach its climax as the regional finals are scheduled for Tuesday, June 16, with the state championship games following on Saturday, June 20.
Regional Finals Schedule
The competition will feature four divisions — Class A, B, C and D — each divided into north and south brackets, and the games will be played at a variety of venues across the state.
In Class A North, Oxford Hills will meet Bangor at Morton Field in Augusta, while Class A South showcases a showdown between Gorham and Noble at the University of Southern Maine. Class B North pits Hermon against Cony at the University of Maine, and Class B South sees Fryeburg Academy take on Greely at three p.m. at St. Joseph's College. Class C North features Washington Academy versus Mattanawcook Academy at Mansfield Stadium in Bangor, and Class C South matches Monmouth Academy against Maranacook at the University of Southern Maine. Class D North brings Fort Fairfield up against Bangor Christian at the University of Maine, while Class D South concludes the day with Richmond facing Telstar at six thirty p.m. at St. Joseph's College.
