Victim’s Condition and Hospital Response
The victim was rushed to Cooper University Hospital in Camden, where doctors described his condition as critical but stable, and he remains under observation as investigators piece together the events.
According to detectives, the incident did not begin with gunfire. Prior to the shooting, Armstrong allegedly assaulted the victim with a baseball bat during a physical altercation, a detail that emerged from witness statements and forensic evidence.
Legal Proceedings and Arrest
