Manny Marin and Brayden Krenzel, both former standouts for the Tennessee Volunteers, have announced their moves to the Arkansas Razorbacks after completing the 2026 college baseball season.
Marin, an infielder who graduated from Westminster Christian School in Palmetto Bay, Florida, posted a .287 batting average with 12 home runs and 66 RBIs over 113 games for Tennessee. He chose Arkansas over several top programs, having originally committed to the Volunteers over Clemson and Miami.
Pitcher Brayden Krenzel, a Dublin Jerome High School product from Ohio, logged a 6.30 ERA and struck out 69 batters in 41 appearances for the Volunteers. He also weighed offers from Ohio State and Kentucky before electing to join Arkansas in June.
A New Chapter for the Razorbacks
Their arrivals follow another Tennessee player who transferred to Arkansas this offseason, underscoring a shifting landscape in the SEC as programs increasingly leverage the transfer portal to reshape rosters.
The Razorbacks hope the added depth will translate into stronger performances on the mound and at the plate, positioning them as contenders in the upcoming season.
