Season opens with exhibition games, features BIG EAST conference play, and culminates in a November championship

Marquette University has released its 2026 men’s soccer schedule, confirming a slate of 11 home contests at Valley Fields that will anchor the upcoming season.

The campaign kicks off with two exhibition fixtures against Purdue Fort Wayne and Parkside, setting the stage for a competitive regular season that begins later in the month.

Early Season Highlights

Early September brings a three‑game homestand featuring Northwestern, St. Thomas and Southern Indiana, while the team also travels to face Northern Illinois and Wisconsin to close out August.

Conference play opens on September 18 with a matchup against Georgetown, followed by a crosstown showdown with Milwaukee on September 22 and a home clash versus Creighton on September 26.

October’s schedule features five BIG EAST contests, highlighted by home games against Butler and UConn, providing pivotal opportunities for the Golden Eagles to climb the league standings.

The regular season wraps up with a home game against Akron on November 6, after which the BIG EAST Championship will commence with semifinals on November 12 and the title match on November 15.

All of this is overseen by head coach David Korn, who enters his third year leading the Golden Eagles and shaping the team’s strategy.
