State Tournament Begins July 17

Host League and Venue
Halfway National Little League serves as the host league, providing the facilities at Marty Snook Park in the community of Halfway to accommodate the tournament schedule.

The participants represent Hub City, Brunswick, South Baltimore, North East, Dorchester, Hughesville, and Berlin, each earning the right to play after winning their respective district tournaments.
Opening Ceremonies and Home Run Derby
The tournament will kick off with opening ceremonies and a home run derby on the evening of July 17 at 6 p.m., setting a festive tone for the days of play that follow.
Early Round Schedule
Game 1 on July 18 at 9 a.m. pits Berlin against Brunswick, followed by Game 2 at 11:30 a.m. where Dorchester meets North East, and Game 3 at 7 p.m. featuring South Baltimore versus Hughesville.
Bracket Progression
Subsequent matchups see the winners and losers of the early games move through a series of contests, with Game 4 on July 19 at 9 a.m. matching Hub City against the winner of Game 1, and Game 5 at 11:30 a.m. pitting the winners of Game 2 and Game 3 against each other. Additional games on July 19 at 7 p.m., July 20, July 21, July 22, July 23, and July 24 will determine the finalists and, if necessary, a deciding game.
Path to the World Series
The Maryland state champion will advance to the Mid‑Atlantic Tournament in Bristol, Connecticut, which begins on August 9, and the Mid‑Atlantic champion will then compete in the Little League World Series in South Williamsport, Pennsylvania, slated to start on August 19.
