A Late‑Stage Battle Crowns Hirschman

Matt Hirschman added his eleventh career win to the record books when he crossed the finish line first in the NASCAR Whelen Modified Tour event at Seekonk Speedway, a 0.333‑mile oval in Massachusetts.

Practice sessions saw Doug Coby lead the early speed charts, while Austin Beers earned the pole position with a qualifying lap of 12.231 seconds, setting the stage for a competitive field of nineteen drivers.

Stephen Kopcik surged ahead early, pulling clear of the pack before the first caution flew for debris on lap 97, prompting a free‑pass for Paulie Hartwig and reshuffling the order.

With roughly 110 laps completed, Hirschman powered past Kopcik to claim the lead. A second caution involving Tommy Catalano with thirty laps remaining added further drama, but Hirschman restarted as the leader and held off Chase Dowling, who finished second.

Patrick Emerling, Stephen Kopcik and Austin Beers rounded out the top five, while the series now looks ahead to its next showdown at Claremont Speedway on July 10, an event that will again be streamed live on FloRacing.

The race was broadcast live on both FloRacing and NASCAR’s Tubi Channel, giving fans across the United States a front‑row view of the on‑track action.
