McKinna Brackens, a junior forward who helped Arizona State dominate the 2025‑26 season, has earned a place on the 2026 USA 3×3 Women’s Nations League team.
Sun Devil Representation on the International Stage
The roster was announced ahead of the FIBA 3×3 Nations League Americas Conference, which will be held in Ñuñoa, Chile, from June 27 through July 3.
Six three‑game tournaments will unfold over seven days, with each stop allocating points based on win‑loss records, point differentials and other performance metrics.
Brackens arrives after a standout junior campaign in which she was named to the All‑Big 12 Third Team and led her team in rebounds and double‑double frequency.
She capped the season with a double‑double against Virginia in the NCAA Tournament and previously recorded 16 points and six rebounds in the Big 12 Tournament against Iowa State.
The 3×3 format features a half‑court game played under a 10‑minute clock and a 12‑second shot clock, with the first team to reach 21 points or the leading team at regulation’s end declared the winner.
USA Basketball and FIBA will jointly oversee the event, which will be streamed live on YouTube.com/FIBA3x3, providing a global audience with real‑time coverage.
For Brackens, selection represents not only personal achievement but also a chance to showcase Sun Devil basketball on a world stage and to contribute to a qualification pathway for the upcoming U23 World Cup.
