Zach Forbish, a 6‑foot‑3, 205‑pound wide receiver from Frisco, Texas, announced his decision to join Michigan State after weighing offers from several Power Five programs. In his junior season he recorded 42 receptions for 900 yards and 13 touchdowns, showcasing a blend of size, speed, and playmaking ability that attracted the attention of MSU’s wide receivers coach Courtney Hawkins.
Forbish will join fellow newcomers Lawrence Kanneh, Shyne Parham, and Brendan Fitzgerald as part of a growing 2027 class that already includes a mix of offensive skill players and defensive standouts. Each recruit brings a distinct skill set, from Kanneh’s agile route running to Parham’s hard‑hitting defensive backfield presence.
