The All-River Valley Conference recently announced its girls soccer honorees, recognizing five members of the Mid-Prairie Golden Hawks for their standout performances this season.
First-Team Standouts
Meadow Flynn earned a first-team nod after leading the Hawks with 46 total points, a tally that included 17 goals and 12 assists. Joining her on the first team, Kealy Roberts topped the squad with 18 goals while also contributing four assists, underscoring a potent offensive duo.
In goal, Niva Helmuth secured second-team honors, posting a 13-goal concession while making 108 saves and maintaining an 89% save percentage, a performance that helped the team compile a school-record ten shutouts.
Defensive Excellence and Honorable Mention
Defensive standout Samantha Wunderlich was selected to the second team, forming part of a backline that set a new win benchmark. Her teammate Avery Helmuth received honorable-mention recognition, adding five assists and four goals to the offense.
The Golden Hawks concluded the campaign with an 11-5-2 record, tying the school’s all-time win mark while also matching the shutout record established earlier in the year. The collective accolades reflect a season defined by resilience, teamwork, and a clear upward trajectory for the program.
