Championship Celebration at Lincoln Park
The weekend saw the culmination of the North Olympic Baseball and Softball league’s championship weekend, where six titles across the Cal Ripken and Olympic Junior Babe Ruth divisions were handed out at Lincoln Park.
Miller Construction’s squad, guided by coaches Nathan Hofer, Devin Scott and Marvin Hunter, edged out the competition to claim the 46/60 baseball crown, a testament to the depth of talent on the roster.

The championship team featured a blend of emerging stars such as Aaron Johnson, Royce Janssen, Emerson Hunter and Julian Kacirk, while also relying on the steady hands of Benji Hooper, Finn McGinley, Cash Tyler, Theo Decker, Easton Scott, Kelton Fogarty, Ace Hunter, Colt Borkenhagen, Oliver Seymour and Finnagen Mosley.
Softball Success for PA Power
In the softball arena, PA Power captured the Majors 12U championship, with coaches Duffy Fors, Cami Fors, Natalie Steinman and Josh Roening orchestrating a dominant performance on the diamond.
The PA Power roster read like a who’s who of the region’s future talent, including Jane Curran, Lucy Haller, Charlize Fultz, Morgan Smith, Robyn Disque, Eliana Sandoval, Emely Armenta, Lacey Hoffman, Evelyn Fernie, Anna Leitz, Audrey Leitz, Emery Beery and Aubree Luvaas, all under the guidance of their coaching staff.
Organizers noted that the tournament highlighted the growing competitiveness of youth baseball and softball on the Peninsula, promising more spotlights on the weekend’s additional winners in the coming days.
