Summer Block Party Highlights
The Minnesota Wild’s 2026 Block Party unfolded on July 30 in the parking lot of Amsoil Arena in Duluth, Minnesota, turning the venue into a bustling family festival.
Guests enjoyed a mix of hockey and non‑hockey attractions, from cornhole and a tumbling tower to a street‑hockey field and a Wild Arcade booth where kids could test their shooting skills.
Mascot Nordy made a lively appearance, posing for photos and signing autographs as the crowd cheered.
The event drew visitors from afar, including Robert Ethier Sr. and his son Robert Ethier Jr., who traveled from Hobe Sound, Florida, to celebrate the team’s community outreach.
Local families such as Bryleigh Baker, Ella Esler and Emma Baker took part in the cornhole tournament, while Breckyn Bjonskaas and Lily Tondryk tackled the tower challenge.
Beyond the games, the Block Party underscored the Wild’s summer tour, with representatives noting that Duluth is one of eight communities they are visiting across the state.
The free, family‑friendly gathering highlighted the team’s commitment to engaging fans of all ages beyond the rink.
