The 2026‑27 men’s basketball schedule for the University of Missouri is gradually coming into focus as the Southeastern Conference finalizes its conference slate.
Missouri will face Tennessee, Arkansas and Oklahoma on both home and road courts, guaranteeing two meetings with each of those rivals.
Beyond those marquee matchups, the Tigers are slated to play every other SEC member exactly once, with a predetermined mix of home and away venues.
Home games will include Alabama, Kentucky, LSU, Ole Miss, South Carolina and Texas A&M, while road trips are set for Auburn, Florida, Georgia, Mississippi State, Texas and Vanderbilt.
Non‑Conference Highlights
Half of the non‑conference schedule is already set, featuring neutral‑site contests against St. Louis University, Marquette, Kansas, Nebraska and Illinois.
Coach Dennis Gates has expressed interest in adding another power‑conference opponent, noting that teams are allowed up to 14 non‑conference games and that eight slots remain unfilled.
The complete slate, including the final eight non‑conference opponents, is expected to be announced in late summer, giving fans a full picture of the upcoming season.
